Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or using our publishing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services We Provide
Sigma Publisher offers manuscript editing, custom book design, ISBN registration, print and eBook publishing, and marketing support. The specific services included in your project will be outlined in your individual service agreement or order confirmation.

Author Ownership & Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership and copyright of your manuscript and all creative content you provide. Sigma Publisher does not claim ownership of your work. Any cover art, layout, or design elements we create for you are licensed for your use as part of your published book, as detailed in your service agreement.

Manuscript Submission Guidelines
You are responsible for ensuring your manuscript is your original work, or that you hold the necessary rights and permissions for any third-party content included. Submitting content that infringes on another party's rights may result in suspension of services.

Payments, Pricing & Refunds
Pricing for services is provided during your consultation or listed on our platform and is subject to change. Payment terms, including deposits and milestones, will be specified in your service agreement. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of your project at the time of cancellation; completed editorial or design work is generally non-refundable.

Editorial & Design Revisions
Each service package includes a defined number of revision rounds for editing and design, as outlined in your agreement. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be available at an additional cost.

Distribution & Publishing Rights
When you choose our distribution services, you authorize us to submit your book to the print and digital platforms specified in your order. You may request removal from a distribution channel at any time, subject to that platform's own policies and timelines.

Prohibited Content
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services for manuscripts containing content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or that promotes hate, violence, or exploitation. We will notify you if your project is affected by this policy.

Limitation of Liability
Sigma Publisher is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including lost sales, lost profits, or reputational harm, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the cancellation terms specified at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for violations of these terms.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pakistan.

Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
